Two generations of hands held together
The process

What actually happens, step by step.

  1. Step 1

    Consultation

We look at your history, your status and your options together. You leave knowing what is possible and what it costs.

  2. Step 2

    Preparing the petition

We gather evidence, complete the forms and check them twice. Most denials we see are avoidable paperwork errors.

  3. Step 3

    Filing and waiting

We file, track the receipt notices and tell you what each one means. You will not have to guess what a letter says.

  4. Step 4

    Interview or hearing

We prepare you for the questions and we go with you. Nobody from this office sends a client in alone.

  5. Step 5

    After the decision

Approved, we help with next steps. Denied, we explain the appeal or the alternative route the same week.
